34. Purpose of the filing is to get the process started
With physical access to most of the evidence still under control of the defendants, step 1 in getting hard proof is getting access. By filing the suit, Arnebeck can (hopefully) get the "discovery" process going, whereby the machines, books, ballots, etc can be subpoenaed. Don't fret that the evidence so far (though compelling) is cicumstantial. What little of the Peterson trial I have been unable to block out has demonstrated that you can probably put someone to death on circumstantial evidence. Circumstantial is not the same as weak.
