42. Answers to some of my questions:
I called Conyers' office in DC, talked to a legislative aide, and got the following answers:

1. Is Conyers attempting to get a full Congressional hearing on 2004 election fraud? Yes.

2. Is it a long term project? Yes. If it occurs, not likely before Jan. 20 inauguration.

3. Does Conyers need support for call for a full hearing? Yes.

4. Did Conyers issue this specific request for 1 million emails of support? No--but he welcomes all support on this matter.

Conclusion:

It seems to me ESSENTIAL to support what Conyers has already done--the Congressional forums he held on Dec. 8 and Dec. 13, and his strong advocacy of investigation--with the short term goal of the letter NOW being support for a House Democratic challenge of the Ohio certification on Jan. 6, and getting one or more Senators to sign that House petition, and the long term goal being a full Congressional hearing and investigation, whether or not either of the short term goals succeeds.
