i think the problem is that Bev has 'a personality' and that she's used to a smaller sandbox where she's able to manage things herself. the problem comes, my guess, from dealing with a much larger issue now on a much larger scale and still trying to manage things according to the model she was familiar with, in small.
i actually have tried to call her and found the inability to leave a message even, much less get through to her. i finally ended up calling andy.
i'd suggested she bring in a COO who could manage the infrastructure while she's getting her hands dirty. i don't think that's happened and i think the need is even clearer at this point
