23. Nice find!
Gee, I can't believe I've never run across this Michelle Mairesse.

Anybody know who she is?

She really packed a lot of info in there.

The site is rather elusive though -- no easy to find contact info.

My only real bone to pick is this one, stunningly wrong statement:

HAVA does mandate that a single disabled-accessible device, a paperless, direct recording electronic machine (like Diebold's), be installed in every precinct in the United States.

This is the crap that people like Doug Lewis and the vendors themselves have parroted, often and everywhere. It is NOT true. A close reading of HAVA reveals that a single accessible device is required in every precinct -- however, it is not required to be electronic -- just accessible for the disabled.

Other, non-electronic means of providing accessibility do exist. Vote-PAD is one.

All in all, though, I'd give her at least an A-, for comprehensiveness.
