33. My notes on what was said
KO said Jesse used the term "fraud" openly in Ohio for the first time today. Jesse quoted as saying, "I suppose the more info Kerry gets, the more you will hear from him".

KB calling Jesse a "publicity hound", complaining about cost of recount to state (cost to Glibs is $120K, the price in 1956). Says they're abiding by the law. Votes are counted at local level.
Franklin county head of BOE is African-American and head of Dems for that county and that he would not let voters be disenfranchised, told Jesse to stop. KB says Jesse is trying to stir up a hornet's nest, that "Elvis is dead"

KO asked if KB taking any steps to prevent recount.
KO told 2 candidates once we certify on 12/6, they have 5 days to ask for recount, once they ask we will provide it. It's taken this long to certify because we audit by precinct across state, to be sure every vote counted. 70% use punchcard machine I tried to change, bi-partisan activity stopped that. We have met every test, I'm very proud, delivered free & fair election

KO asked about conflict of interest
KB says Ohio is bi-partisan, very transparent, Montgomery County BOE head is dem chairmen.

KO asked if KB met w/ Bush on election day.
KB: hogwash, absolutely zero, not true
