11. Bush v. Gore has been used by the courts since.
The courts have already referred to Bush v. Gore. I don't remember the specific case, but it involved a state race or a congressional race. If I recall correctly, someone mentioned in a DU thread a week or so ago.

The court can't keep another court from referring to its ruling. SCoTUS may have intended their ruling in Bush v. Gore as a one-offer, but it doesn't work that way in reality.
