This doesn't look too good to me. Why on eath would Liverpool want to move out of Anfield anyway?

Liverpool are reported to be in talks with American billionaire Robert Kraft about a major investment in the club. Chief executive Rick Parry has met with Kraft, who is owner of American Football team New England Patriots.

Proposals are said to either involve long-time chairman and major shareholder David Moores diluting his stake, or handing over the rights to name the proposed new stadium, as Arsenal have done with airline Emirates.

There have been plans for a stadium at Stanley Park, close to Anfield, for some time but the cost, estimated between £70 million and £120 million, is thought to have hampered progress.

Last year, talks with Thaksin Shinawatra, the prime minister of Thailand, ended without investment.
