7. Agreed.

My step father raised cattle. Sometimes a mother cow would not accept her calf & would not let it feed. We had a bucket that had a big nipple on it & my mother & I would mix up a special formula the vet gave us & we would feed the little guys twice a day. I came to love them soooooo much. When they were grown & in the pen with the other cows, they would recognize me when I walked by & come running up for a scratch on the nose. When those big semi-trucks came to take them away, I would cry & cry. I knew where they were going. Because of this experience, I avoided red meat as much as I could, at a very early age.
