it oculd be that their souls have been together over many lifetimes. I suppose it's possible that some of their past life spirits have come to bless the union in this life. I'd like to think so, at any rate.

I think the blowing bubbles one sounds like a neat photo--"Our kisses are lighter than air!" :)

Even if it's not their past lives, or camera/film issues, and it is something else supernatural, it seems like a benign supernatural something, so I wouldn't worry. If your son is fraking out because he's freaked out by spirits, tell him to relax because these appear harmless. If he's freaking out because the photos are "marred" by the orbs, I'm sure a good photo restorer can photoshop them out of the shots, making them suitable for enlargement and framing. :hi:
