Reply #4: I Myself Came To DU After [View All]

The campaign blog shut down. Before I came here I was to busy doing alot of thing and when I got a chance I would be on the campaign blog. And since I have been here I have met alot of nice people but some are just a bunch of bullies that have the attitude it's my way or the highway. I have seen them run people off with their bully ass attitudes. And from what I have seen the biggest bullies are those that have over 1000 posts and when you check the profiles of these people they have been members for a long time.

And when I first came here i was constantly being called a freeper because I was new and I was taking up for Kerry. It still happens some but not as much. Now I'm not saying that it's all the older posters because some of the newbies are the same way. But if you watch most of the time it is the members that have been here for a while that act like they own DU and it's there way or the highway.

As far as getting a real freeper at times that is to be expected also. Hell they even would try to invade the campaign blog at times so I know it will happen.

But the one thing I must say is that I don't know of any on the Kerry forum trying to stir up problems. Maybe I'm wrong about this and I haven't been here at the right time but since I have been coming in this forum it has been a blessing in disguise. It is a place for those of us who are true Kerry supporters to come and get away from the Kerry bashers. I have found that I'm getting use to everyone here just like I did the campaign blog. Everyone is like family in here.
