If Lieberman wins primary do you think progressives will sit out election?

just curious. Lieberman is not the progressives favorite democrat and with some justification. However, if he wins the primary and is the democratic nominee do you think that progressives will end up sitting out the election? or will most hold their noses and vote for him?
