30. Did you see the episode where he went over there...
He wanted to make a Humvee that could do wheelies!

Unfortunately, one of the young mechanics made a green mistake and didn't lube up a part in the transmission before he put it in. The part seized and cracked. Jesse tried everything in his power to fix the part. He even performed something short of brain surgery with a welding torch. But to no avail.

And it was a highend part that they could not obviously get in Iraq.

Jesse was so tore up, he literally choked back tears...he had to go in the back room as he broke down. He kept saying he just wanted to do this so much for the troops....and that he failed.

All the mechanics and troops that had been watching thanked him extensively as he had tears streaming down his face.

He went home...shipped the Humvee with him...got the part in a couple of days...and put it all together. Unfortunately, the troops didn't get to see it live.

It didn't matter though. All the soldiers were just so excited that he was there and talking to them and signing autographs.

That episode, whether he be Republik or Democrat...sealed the deal for me. And this just re-enforces that.
