Al's a cagey dude about any possible candidacy. We don't know who he's called and about what. There's a chance he might keep pushing the global warming issue, which is a noble gift to the world, or he may ride it to an announcement for another run at the White House. He's keeping his cards close to his chin, which is politically smart.

If he starts thinking that another Clinton is going after the job Bush cheated him out of, he might get his dog up and jump in any ol' time.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit.
