I was taken in by the Crawford Ranch....

well not actually taken in, but I did not know until this week that the ranch is all a set-up. I happened upon some cable news channel, while flipping around to find anything to watch. Dana, the girl who covers the pres., was talking about the pres. vacation and she was in front of the familiar chicken coop. The moderator asked if the noise he heard, a sawing sound, was the pres. clearing brush. She says, "well, I'm not actually at the ranch you know. This is the neighbors house, the ranch is off limits." I almost dropped the remote! I mean, I actually thought those pictures they shoot everytime he is out there were coming from the ranch!

I got curious as to what the "ranch" looked like and came across this article.
