What would you do - a neighbor is arrested by Homeland Security?

Let us say that this neighbor was a republican, a normal guy, you talk to him you know his kids. Aside from his voting patterns, you like him. He has a normal job, he is a typical buy father in the USA. Your pretty sure that he has to be innocent.

In fact his wife comes to your house, she is crying, hysterical. She has no clue why he was arrested. They won't tell her because they don't have to. They won't ler her call him and...their kids are getting scared about what happened to daddy.

She comes to you for assistance/advice.

What would you do?

It may seem far fetched but I suspect that a lot of innocent people are going to get caught in the data mining trap. Just a few key words in an email to a friend and...poof....you could be in Gitmo or worse...
