5. There was a great deal of coverage of the wedding party
in Afghanistan that was flattened by bombing because the men were celebrating in the traditional way by firing their guns into the air.

There was quite a bit of coverage of the other wedding party in western Iraq that was bombed to bits because faulty intelligence had identified that particular house as an insurgency safe house.

This particular act will get a lot of coverage because so many children were killed and because it was an apartment building that was hit by intention, not a near miss of a military target with "collateral damage." They meant to hit the apartments, and they did.

That's the difference.
