In answer to yur query, it can get somewhat "interesting" on DU from time to time, and passions can rise to heights sometimes not seen on other Boards. It pays to have a pretty thick skin sometimes, and being a prude is not something you should be 'worried' about here, we have members of all predispositions, as you have seen.

Depending what is in the news at any given moment, you can see passions rise and fall...give us a little time, and you'll fit right in...:)

And no, you don't have to cuss if you don't want to, it is an optional excercise of speech...:hi:
