apparently they UK acted on US intelligence (which I think of as an oxymoron now). Think of all of the so-called terra plots based on US intelligence that have turned out to be totally baseless. There are many but the announcement from ashcroft about a huge terra plot when he was in Russia that was bogus stands out in my mind.
Combine that with the lack of funding for protecting our borders, ports, shipping containers. The huge gaps in screenings at airports. The lack of funding for first responders. The Billions in HS $$ that went into the pockets of people instead of the protection of our citizens.
Add to that the bush administration has made it Crystal Clear they do not give a fuck about us. Also the chimp makes an appearance to make a statement THE SAME DAY! While on vacation. Remember Katrina?
We have literally dozens of reasons not to believe them At All!
