Dr. Osama bin Evil: "You see, we get a bunch of those western jezebels to wear the special lipstick and, being sex-crazed--as we know all women are, which is why we avoid them by spending all of our time around other men in sweaty training camps--they won't be able to resist kissing each other! The first pairing of two lipsticks shall result in a thermo-nuclear explosion!"

No. 2: "Sir, we couldn't get the ingredients for the lipstick... but we do have gloss!"

Evil: "Does it have artificial chemicals?"

"Yes."

"Well, that's a start."
