5. He is getting gooder and gooder! He was a rather awkward speaker when he
first became Chair. Even when was campaigning, his stump speeches were absolutely brilliant, but then when he would speak extemporaneously, I alway felt sort of let down.

He has come into his own. Of course it helps that he doesn't have somebody like Timmy jumping down his throat. I always thought Dean was TOO polite. He would let Timmy boss him around. Delighted to see he has found his "sea legs" - so to speak.
