Hey, I can do whatever I want too. Right? Monkey see, monkey do?

If George makes bad decisions (like since day one) as head of the military, then chances are he can be held responsible for his orders. Seems a pretty simple notion. It might be Congress that declares war, but the last 'conflicts' we've been in were called forth by the Executive branch.

Maybe it is time Congress gets back to being responsible for how our military is used? The IWR can always be changed.
