and the Newshour last night about the levees - terrifying! they are building them to low specs and only to withstand Level 3. And Katrina was almost a Level 5. WTF?

And the restaurant owner in the interview, who said, "everyone is scared." they're afraid of the levees breaking again. they must all have PTSD. it's like you asked the workers who survived the WTC to go back to work there weeks later.
