It's very simple - No Monica, no Bush.

If that whole ordeal would not have happened Gore would have sailed through. A combination of factors after that big handicap made it close enough for them to steal.

Witch hunt aside, I stand by that Clinton's utterly idiotic and bizarre mistake was the single most preventable component of the Bush presidency.

It actually makes it worse to me that he did it with full knowledge there WAS a witch hunt.
