3. Seems like some misleading items in that ad
The first figure - "overhead spending up 2000%". (The fine print says this is from 1999 to 2009).

A few facts:

EBay was founded in 1995. Went public in 1998. Looking at past annual reports:

Net Revenues in 1999 were $224M.
Net Revenues in 2009 were $8,727M.

So in the same time that Revenues went up 3896%, overhead spending went up 2000%.

Sounds good to me. The ad is trying to use figures related to EBay's astronomical growth against her.
