You know how when you meet some people you think they're nice and they're really just playing you and they're scum?

That's not these people.

No these people were "off". Broken. They seemed really weird to me. I don't know how to describe it. Kind of like when you have your kids with you and they meet one person and talk to them and tell them about their toys and their day, and other people they just stare at? These are people some adults might not find anything wrong with, but kids will just stare at them.

Some might describe it as soulless. I dunno.
