if you cannot comprehend how the ramping up of anti-Obama rhetoric, gun-toting, fist-fighting, and 'shield our children from that negro who's trying to talk to them in SCHOOL of all places!' doesn't sound like the start of a march to war against our current way of living, I'm sorry, maybe you don't get it.

And as for your personal story, yes, it's terrible, and what many of us our constantly trying to PREVENT from occurring - that's why it happened, people ignored it. You do understand there are several congresscritters who think Gay people, for instance, shouldn't be allowed to teach kids, or that they are a threat to our national stability - that's the start of a new nation that is terrifyingly creeping towards the behaviors of the "blame the Jews for our suffering!" mentality that gripped Germany and, had you made your comments to me a few months ago, it wouldn't have been laughable, but after this silly-summer of insanity - I strongly stand behind my comments.
