Reply #8: I listen to Rush, Beck and Mark Levin alot [View All]

Part of it is becuase Air America was taken off the air in my city and I like talk radio, even if it is the propaganda channels. Another part of it is to hear the crap that they are spewing.

Enter my discussions with Right wing Rethugs. I hear them say the EXACT SAME THINGS AS THESE GUYS SAY. If this was a smarter group, it might even be verbatim. It pisses off at least one person I know to no end whenever I bring up the fact that I heard the exact same argument on the radio the day prior. I am thinking about one person in particular that I have conversations with alot. Yesterday I told this rethug that I heard what he said on the radio the other day and mentioned that he was getting more and more hateful, even using 911 as a call to celebrate hatred. He could not quite figure out what I meant by "him saying things on his radio show", so he took the bait. I explained to him that I was just cutting out the middle man. If he is just going to repeat what he hears on the radio all the time, why not just cut out the middle man and listen to Glenn Beck to hear what this person's opinion is. He just walked away fuming! I haven't ever seen him that shaken! :)
