and Shumer's cunningness. Durbin was great on the torture issues and it was stunning to see Fredo unable to affirm it would be illegal to torture Americans in other countries. I think Leahy & Specter are ready to pounce. Apparently the Solicitor General will make the determination as to whether a special prosecutor is called in for the contempt charge. I also think they've gathered enough convincing evidence that proves Fredo lied to them repeatedly. And Feingold's censure motion about to be filed. ooo la la...I found today's hearing very satisfying insofar as the amount of information revealed and the level of anger the Dems showed.
