With everything going on: the war, illegal wiretapping & spying, the EP crap etc. etc. etc. (please feel free to add your favorite), just how long have they been planning this? It amazes me that one administration could think up all this shit, so my theory is that the two of them, and maybe Dickless, KKKarl and assorted others, have been working on this for DECADES!! Think about it; Bushco has had a blank check for the first 5 years, but were able to tactfully thwart any opposition when the Dems took over the majority in congress. It's like they planned for every scenario, from the no-bid contracts in Iraq to the SCOTUS.
