this is in response to so many here stating that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW and Elvira Arellano was here illegally.

so for those speaking so smugly, or angrily about this woman--and how she so deserves this fate, i ask you: how much jail time is appropriate for smoking a joint? for your first offense? your second offense?

and since it is illegal for anyone under 21 to be drinking, how much jail time should we give these law breaking teens?
