My condolensces for living so close to Indiana. :rofl:

It sounds like for every answer, he'll find another excuse...which probably blankets the real reason...racism.

If he wants to see how much he will save (I assume he earns less than $200Gs a year)...show him this website:

...and i'll bet he doesn't believe it anyway...but for your own peace of mind, might be worth doing anyway.

Sounds like the best hope here is he either votes third party or not at all...he's gonna find one excuse or another not to vote for Obama. While I hate throwing around the idea that those who won't vote for Obama are racist...and there are plenty who aren't...they hate everyone...or so "raptured" with Grandma Barracuda that they are on another planet anyway...it's something to keep in mind as the feelings run deep...especially in "ex-burb" areas. I knew people from "The Region" over the years and their contempt for blacks...especially from either Gary or the South Side was sometimes visceral. These days you keep it under covers, but it's still there.
