Hillary wouldn't be raising all of the money that she has if she wasn't running. She is betting that her financial advantage and name recognition will put her over the top and there's some serious weight to that argument.
Gore isn't out and he has the luxury of being able to enter late if he wants to. But he hasn't even begun taking the preliminary steps needed to run. I'd say that as things stand now, unless Gore is somehow convinced otherwise, he isn't running.
