Does anyone have any details about Texas nat guard being called out.

There is a story buzzing around the conservo-sphere about Obama ignoring "desperate pleas" for help from Texas to handle a demonstration on the Mexico side of the border and after Obama hadn't gotten back to them this morning they called out the guard and told the "lousy feds" that Texas would take care of Texas. I cannot find any info on this from anywhere and I was wondering if it was just a stunt or if there was some real emergency.
