I think Rush Limbaugh just defined the very core of the Republican party. [View All]

Never before have I heard it stated more succinctly. Only moments ago, I caught yet another nauseating snippet of that blow-fest he calls a "radio program". You know, the one in which he spends three hours a day extolling his virtues of imaginary greatness? The program in which he has to keep reminding the mouth breathing sheep of the country that he is right about everything? He asked this question; "Can anyone name a single government program that earns a profit"? At that moment, he was able to define the Republican party for me in black and white. Profit is the single motivator of ANY Republican. My question is this; Why should government programs make a profit if they are funded BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, in order to increase the quality of life for the people? Why are Republicans so consumed with wealth and profit at any cost? So consumed with greed? So driven by the philosophy of, "Screw you, I got mine..."!

Thanks Rush, you asshole. It's so clear to me how you've become the new mouthpiece of a dying party of corrupt, greed-addled old scumbags. I hope we continue to bury you in your own stinking landfill. The picture has never been more clear to me...
