So the fat man has changed his tune- Whereas before he was saying that the timing of the oil spill suggested an environmentalist inside job, now he says this: "The ocean will take care of this on its own if it was left alone and left out there," "It's natural. It's as natural as the ocean water is."
This seems eerily similar to the Republican attitude toward Wall Street. I also seem to remember hearing Ann Coulter suggest the same strategy for dealing with the economic crisis in 2008. So we can see what a proven track record this approach has.  |
