I don't see how that is an 'odd interpretation' even though I did not do an exact count and some of the posts were about farting or nose-picking car salesmen.
I am quite aware of the first verse. Not sure if the other verses count, since they are never sung outside of a church, and extremely rarely inside. The Nazarene Hymnal I just checked only has 3 verses listed.
