101. Agreed, after the OKC bombing, the barricades started to go up..

and it made sense in a lot of ways, but it's still not a good thing, and truly, if somebody wanted to lob a devastating terrorist attack at D.C., they could do it, and quite easily. None of these things really makes much of a difference, it's mostly show.
