to the oversite hearings. If that goes to court how long until the Supreme Court decides in bush's favor?

Executive Privledge isn't an option in the criminal investigation known as impeachment, because executive privledge doesn't sheild investigation of a crime.

Oversite hearing aren't considered criminal investigations. How long now has Condi ingored her subpeona? You think that's going to change and why?

How would the congress enforce a contempt charge against the executive? He has the troops, congress has none.

You need to read up on the constitution, on the precidents of executive privledge.

Why would impeachment activist stop now that a majority of the country is in favor of impeaching Chaney? That makes no sense.

If you want to organize a contempt movement, go for it. Let us know when a nationwide poll supports your efforts.
