I do better in temperate climates.

Lived there BEFORE air conditioning in the 1940s and 1950s. That was tough... Mom bought me a Carrier room airconditioner in 1954, and that was heaven. I ran it from April to October, when electricity was cheaper.

Dad financed my 1957 Chevrolet that year, and I installed one of the first car airconditioning units in the trunk. Paid $200 for it; one month's salary.
