Are you asking if men can have sex with women without treating them like a dog? Absolutely.
I think this question frequently comes from someone who subconsciously views sex itself as demeaning to women.
Women "objectify" men, and men "objectify" women. Recent research has shown that men long for satisfying and meaningful relationships more than the popular perception and that women want pure sex more than the popular perception (which is not to say it is equal, as it is not per the theories of evolutionary psychology that have shown very good predictive power).
