In the world of Bushspeak voting is important and we should respected:

"The Iraqis will decide," Bush insisted. "They have decided they want a constitution. They have elected members to their parliament and they will make the decisions just like democracies do."

In the world of Bush actions voting is bad if you’re liberal:

Bradley Schlozman has resigned from his post at the Justice Department. He overruled recommendations from career lawyers and approved a Texas redistricting map and a Georgia photo I.D. voting law, both of which federal courts subsequently declared illegal
