try to save money.

High cost not only keeps the poor from doctors - that is the wise choice that the GOP wants them to make - it also destroys the public health of America and in the process costs all of us economically as sick folks are less productive than healthy one.

There have been so many studies on this - all with the above conclusion when the study is properly designed -

I believe Kaiser in California had one out in the last month that once again proved the disaster that trying to get "wise choices" by high deductibles is.

One gets sick of a Democratic Party so fearful of the insurance companies that they run to anything so as to avoid single payer universal health with Oregon level harshness on what's covered.

It is only by adopting the Oregon approach will we get a handle on health costs.
