taking every dime one has to "reduce fuel consumption" To think that is viable is more moronic than believing ethanol is the answer.

I don't know who you expect everyone to ride with when their jobs are different directions from each other. It's not like everyone lives in one neighborhood and works at the same location. Not all jobs start at the same hour and end at the same hour.


Every time the price of gas goes up, I cut something else from my expenses and that does nothing for the economy. I know many people that do the same thing. First it was eating out and movies. The only thing that I could cut at this point is my kids extra curricular activities, Oh I guess they shouldn't have music lessons or dance lessons because we should be paying $8.00/Gallon for gasoline because it will cut down on consumption.

Only in America would someone believe such a bullshit story.
