90. I understand your frustration and fear, AC.
As an almost 50-year-old CNC set-up/operator in the manufacturing trade, this economic down-turn has a lot of us wondering about job security. Sales are noticeably lower than before, and a lot of machines are sitting idle on the production floor. But I take it day-by-day and trust we will elect leaders who will work for us working-class Americans instead of being lapdogs for the corporate elite.

On a side note, one thing I don't understand is how many of my fellow workers have been sucked in by the rethuglican mantra that voting democrat is bad for their jobs and will only increase their tax burden. I've quit discussing politics with them because, while they are my friends, they are so incredibly pig-headed from conservative kool-aid they can't see, or just refuse to acknowledge, the screw job rethuglican leadership has done to blue-collar Americans

Anyway, I hope better times are in your near future, and DU will have to endure your presence for a long, long time!
