6. Here's a clue to think on: MN has a legal process that must play out until its finish.
Neither the Republican governor or the Democratic secretary of state will sign off on anything until the legal process is over and a winner is determined. This judicial process is open to both Coleman and Franken. If Franken had been the one behind by 225 votes would people here expect him to simply concede the election or would they expect him to fight for it? I realize that many relish the opportunity to call Democrats "spineless", but why not give it a rest until this process is finished. When Franken is declared the winner it will be big news and nobody will have to ask on DU about the status of the election.
