Somalians can do what they like to people who violate their territorial waters to do illegal, murderous deeds.

Americans' regard for the "constitution" is pretty much a joke since they twice voted in the guy who tore it up by running gulags all over the world, kidnapped foreign nationals in foreign countries, jailed people indefinitely without trial or access to attorneys, without notifying families, to be tortured & murdered.


And then prosecuted a few peons & swept the rest under the rug.

If you care so much for the "constitution" why aren't you down in DC demanding Bush be jailed?
