I think what the ACLU wants is mass exposure of these images - instead of tucked away on foreign news sites and not-so-well-known websites.

As well, the reports about torture being implemented to buttress the Saddam Hussein/al Queda connection plus the possibility that the order to do so came from Cheney's office, that's damning stuff. That's fresh hell for the criminals that lied us into war.
