somehow communities have to be empowered regarding health.

I do think county governments should take the lead and process the health system in communities. Maybe homeowners' associations and community organisations could add health to their lists of priorities. I would love to see a devolved power in health. A strong primary care and preventative health progrtam. This can be highlighted by state governments too.

States could try making their own health care systems?
