He's the nutter who "proved" Obama's Certification of Live Birth was a forgery, which is quite the feat having never seen the document and working only from the JPEG posted on DailyKos (which ahd been edited with image editing software twice by the time he saw it, once by the Obama campaign to redact the certificate number and again to make it smaller).

He really had to scramble when Factcheck validated the document. He ended up by pointing to Factcheck being part of the Annenburg Group and that the Anneburg Group had once had Obama on a board of directors (with Bill Ayers) to discredit their findings. Nevermind that they actually saw the document and posted high resolution photographs of it.
