17. I've worn navel length hair most of my life, and yrs ago associated shaved w/"skins"

I find it to be an odd choice of hair style, and suspect the 'low maintenance' angle may be used as often as it is when a man simply doesn't want to come right and say he thinks it makes him appear more masculine/tough.
